River Permits Due

A lot of the Western Permit Rivers require you to get them a permit by
January 31. This includes the rivers in Dinosaur National Monument and
the Idaho Permit Rivers. The more people who write for permits, the
greater the odds that someone will get one. If you want to know more, a
good source is
