The BEST of the WEST

Post by Dave on Tue 24 Jan 2012, 1:36 am

BEST of the WEST:
MULTI-DAY River Trips

What's your favorite Multi-Day trip?

I am putting in for a permit or two soon, and am in need of some good advice. So, with your input, this thread could serve as a "go-to" for those in need of some direction (like me). Cool

Thanks in advance,

-Dave

Middle Fork of the Salmon in Idaho and Desolation Canyon of the Green River. Would love to try the Salt in AZ one of these days, but I haven't done it.

Forgot one... Snaggletooth section of the Dolores in CO. Love that trip! Super pretty with some great camping and fun rapids.

Thanks afaust,

Also, How long are they, and is there a better time of year to do any of them, or a certain level (cfs) that's good?

Thanks Again Smile
