Utah Swiftwater courses (first one on the Provo)

Post by wasatchbill on Tue 28 Feb 2012, 8:03 pm

There is a two day ACA Swiftwater class on the Provo River April 13-14 for $240. Not sure if I can make it, but fyi; these courses sound very good; the website and instructor bios are impressive.

They have another one on their schedule for May 5-6-7 for $295. Read about this course on the link above; it sounds awesome. (This is the kind of detail, topics covered, prerequisites, etc that I asked for on that other thread last year, but never got an answer about...)
This is off of the Mtnbuzz post:
"Contact Kim Reynolds at reynolki@uvu.edu for more information. 8am-5pm each day. $240 person. Course will be in greater SLC/Provo area."

I'd also be up for doing some of our own drills, like we talked about last year.
I was doing some pretty interesting rope work in the Weeb the other day.
