Provo Wood (town section)

Post by Mark B. on Sun 18 Mar 2012, 2:35 am

Hey all y'all,

There is a river-wide tree blocking the Provo river on the upper town section of the run. It's after the last footbridge in the mansion section.

Right now flows are still low so you have ample time to see the hazard and eddy out above it. There is a sneak to get through so you don't have to portage right now. My worry is that as flows come up there won't be an eddy to stop in and check it out. It will probably shift around as flows come up so the sneak might not work. So before taking out newbs or venturing out for your first run in high water be aware of this.
