Murtaugh at 2500cfs, normal?

Post by Jeff Young on Thu 28 Oct 2010, 12:00 am

Just noticed the Murtaugh is flowing at 2500cfs, is that normal for this time of year and whats the skinny on running it at that level?

That's a decent level. I've run it at that level twice. I've heard that it has more play a little bit lower, but I haven't run it lower than 2500.

According to the gauge, that's a little below the average for this time of year. The asterisks are the average.

I haven't talked to Ted, yet, but Neil is interested. I'll drop Ted a line as well. Also, John, I think seeing your profile picture from this forum would surely clear up any misconceptions Ted may have about you.

We've got four people in my Forester, so I don't think I'll have extra room for wood. If we do have the room, I'll bring some.

I want in on a Murtaugh trip! I'd do it sooner than next sunday, even... preferably on a warm..ish day.

Cheers!
