BV Gauge?

Post by Wil on Mon 21 Apr 2014, 10:25 am

Wasn't there talk last year that they were putting in a gauge for BV?  I looked at my page that has info for the Provo flows, and it just has River below Deer Creek (tuber section) and Harbor Drive.  Is there somewhere else I should be looking, as I don't want to miss the BV season (or lack there of).

Thanks - Wil

"It's actually @ 180 instead of 430 ... I think that currently there aren't any viable links for BV. Only a visual works. Super low now and construction at the takeout. "

that, above, is the word from our local provo bro-vo, johnny on the spot, boys and girls. thanks johnny.

Just seeing if anyone has an update.  Aren't I able to take 250 from the "River below Deer Creek" to get the BV flow?

Right now it says it is at almost 600, so was figuring in the 350ish range would be nice.

Thanks - W

Thanks Johnnie, but please try to be a little quicker than taking 8 minutes to reply.   Smile

Is there anyway to come up with a rough guess on the flow at BV?  I thought I remembered someone saying a while back that the most they can pull out for power generation was 250.  Is that true and they are trying to fill the dam below Vivian?

Thanks again my friend - W
