Can I borrow your dry bag and/or spare PFD?

Post by Liz on Tue 10 May 2011, 12:15 pm

I need help outfitting a couple friends for our Westwater trip this weekend. Does anyone have a spare PFD and/or dry bag I could borrow for them? If either get damaged, I'll replace them 100%.

Thanks in advance!

I have a spare pfd, but my spare dry bag is super small. A good replacement for a dry bag is a thick vinyl bag that can be compressed, twisted closed and then stuffed in a duffle bag. Everything stays perfectly dry. My family has used this "dry bag" methods for years and years with tents, sleeping bags, and clothes. I might be able to come up with some of these vinyl bags if you want.
