Riverdale to OPP

Post by wasatchbill on Thu 17 Nov 2011, 6:09 pm

I am gonna do Riverdale to OPP in a bit. Text or call if you'd like to come along; I don't have email on my phone.
Or if anyone wants to get some decent class III, we could go to the Eggs takeout, and hike up to below the dam. That should have the full Gateway flow (good idea Jeff).
Cheers

Sorry I missed ya Bill, just got back into town a bit ago. I call that run EOE (End Of Eggs) and is my go to run when I'm paddling solo and need a little workout. Doesn't hurt that it takes just 7 minutes to get there from my house Wink

We should work on Farmington Creek before the snow hits so when it melts we have a class IV/V creek minutes away.

Riverdale to OPP is a nice SUP run! (you should try that Daniel) It makes it a whole new challenge. Wood is all visible and easily avoidable; although there is a 3/4 wide log that looks new; in a straightaway. And of course there are some strainers and sweepers it would be good to get out of there.

End of Eggs tomorrow?
