89 to Riverdale is fun!

Post by wasatchbill on Mon 28 Nov 2011, 12:16 am

Its worth mentioning that 89 to Riverdale exceeded my expectations yesterday; given that I know there are lots of flats, didn't mind a workout, and I was expecting wood-dodging after the spring floods. Most of the run is channelized enough that its relatively deep at 440cfs. Some nice wave trains to start off, and there are a few new little drops that have appeared.
Uinta drop has a nice boof on center left, good times. Slide one has a bit of a surf wave at the top; slide two was the bumpiest, but maybe there is a better line than mine.

There will be a few drops that will give you the feeling of "I never ran that before!", which is unusual in Utah in November. Did I mention there's some wood-dodging? Very Happy
